Caution! The “Inspired By Gibson” series uses two different types of bridge posts! Please compare your guitar to the images on the “Which Bridge System is On Your Epiphone, Tokai, Ibanez or Other Imported Guitar” page to determine which bridge posts will be compatible. Basically, guitars using this new bridge mounting system are limited to guitars that Epiphone categorizes as “Inspired By Gibson Custom” on the Epiphone website. It includes virtually all guitars classified by Epiphone as “Reissues.” Oddly enough, actual single cut Les Paul Custom models within this category DO NOT use this new bridge mounting system, but SG Les Paul Custom models DO use this system.
