At FaberUSA, your satisfaction is our primary concern!
We will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, credit, or refund, provided that the return is made within 30 days of purchase.
Return – Refund Guidelines
- You must be completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of receipt, or it is eligible for refund, exchange or credit
- You may decide after installation whether or not the product meets your satisfaction, and we will not refuse the return for any reason, even if the product shows signs of wear/use.
- Refunds/credits will be issued for the product only.
- Original and return shipping will not be included, unless the product had a manufacturing defect
- In the event of a shipping error on behalf of FaberUSA, we will credit all shipping charges.
- If your package is returned due to incorrect address or incomplete information, you may incur additional shipping charges.
- If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship your product(s) normally within 24 hours upon receiving the returned product.
- If the item(s) you would like to exchange are on back order, you will be notified promptly.
- Back ordered product will be shipped as soon as they are available, unless you elect to cancel orders of out of stock items.
- There will be no additional shipping charges on back orders.
- We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail). Please retain your tracking information in case we do not receive the package.
- We do not use a formal RMA system at this time. Simply return your products to the following address:

- Please include a note with your return, stating whether to exchange, issue a store credit, or refund for the item(s).
- Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of our receipt of your return package (Weekends excluded).
